Stage I construction of this project comprised offices for the Community Health Centre, Power And Water Authority (PAWA), Office of Local Government and numerous others. The Community Health Centre consisted of full health facilities including sound audio testing booths, 4 Dentist suites, full X-ray facilities and extensive laboratory facilities.
Consultants involved included Woods Bagot Pty Ltd. (Architects) and Meinhardt Pty Ltd (Engineers). Considering the complexity of the areas of construction involved, the project was constructed without variations and completed six weeks ahead of schedule.

Stage II of this project was Design and Construct and was undertaken with the consultants involved in Stage I. Completion of Stage II was required within an extremely tight time frame and construction was undertaken working two eight hour shifts, seven days per week and completed eight weeks from approval of the design by the client.
