The project consisted of fitting out an existing tenancy within the Casuarina Shopping Centre to the stringent standards of KFC. The fitout was carried out in conjunction with the works by the lessor for the base building works.

The major works comprised electrical and hydraulic services, partitioning, joinery, wall and floor tiling, ceiling works and painting. The accommodation of the many services including air-conditioning, exhaust air hoods, plumbing, electrical, communication and data cabling, fire sprinklers and fire hydrant mains was extremely challenging due to limited ceiling space.

Of primary consideration when programming the works was to minimise the impact of noise on other tenants. Where requested works were reprogrammed to accommodate special requirements by the surrounding tenants.

The project was completed ahead of time and to the satisfaction of both the building owner and our client.
