This project involved the removal of all existing mechanical services equipment from the plant room and roof area and installing a new system complete with new switchboards and power supply. Minor building works were required to isolate areas from forklift exhaust fumes and install an exhaust system within the loading bay area to ensure compliance with Woolworths OH&S Manual.

The Client, Consultants and Sitzler planned the work, which was staged to ensure that the store remained operational at all times, with an acceptable amount of conditioned air. The staging had to allow for acceptable level of progress whilst ensuring the works were completed by the wet season.

Overall an extremely satisfying project that required a large amount of communicating between the builder and the store manager, that was completed on time and within budget.
