The refurbishment of Shenannigans Irish pub is the largest since the pub originally opened its doors in 1996. The main goal was to increase the pubs entertainment and service capabilities and expand to alfresco dining. The restaurant seating capacity grew from 60 to 150, with expansion of kitchen, cool rooms and toilet areas.
An existing bay window was replaced with feature front doors, showcasing the centre of the Irish pub.
The Sitzler project team programmed and completed the refurbishment with the majority of the work completed behind the scenes minimising disruption to trade.
Without doubt, one of the strengths of Sitzler was the willingness of its project team to work with other parties, such as our own subcontractors, as well as architects.
