Construction of a 1200 M2 Warehouse/Coolroom & Dispatch facility for the South Australian head quarter operations at Salisbury. The building is a steel framed structure with a tilt-up concrete wall on the boundary. The coolroom has a capacity of 500 pallets with a maintained temperature of 5-8 degrees. Dry goods warehouse of similar capacity serves as storage for the production facility next door. Combined with these is a loading bay suitable for the off street loading of semi trailers and smaller delivery vans.

The construction incorporated the use of an existing floor slab on the site, rather than removal and replacement, this also provided an early casting bed for the tilt-up wall panels.

Heavy duty concrete pavements to the loading & unloading areas was opted for along with the replacement of existing council crossovers to permit easy access for forklift traffic across roadways.
