The Quest Serviced Apartments project included 60 studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments, a 1st floor suspended pool deck, Quest administration, house keeping facilities and lettable conferance room. The ground floor area incorporates parking and two independent multi function tenancies.
Sitzler contract with Darwinprop was negotiated prior to the completion of the working documentation with the Consultant team novated to Sitzler and managed to incorporate improved construction techniques and detailing. This enabled the project to be delivered on time and on budget.
The construction methodology included cast insitu concrete and rendered masonry walls, with framed roof structure. A complicated first floor transfer slab, rigid fire separation requirements and a busy central business district site necessitated close supervision on this project.
