Sitzler Pty Ltd were contracted to provide access for chemical transport road trains to load out of the bulk terminal area and travel via a dedicated road network through the site.

Works included:

  • Excavation and compaction of approx 4,000m2 of sub grade
  • Supply and install 4,000m2 of sub base gravel.
  • Supply and install 4,000m2 x 100mm thick asphalt pavement
  • Clean out Existing OUD drainage throughout the site
  • Supply and install 1,000 Tonnes of aggregate inside the existing Acid Chemical Bund.
  • Supply and install 1,000m2 of Interlocking Pavers.

All works carried out under stringent safety controls within the operational terminal with daily risk assessments and permit system required throughout the entire project.

The works were completed on time and within budget.
