The Conoco Phillips dangerous goods facility was the first major construction project undertaken within the operational area of the working plant since commissioning. This led to numerous challenges during the planning and construction phases which were resolved jointly between Sitzler, Worley Parsons and Conoco Phillips, resulting in a number of procedural strategies being devised and implemented prior to and during the project. These initiatives allowed construction to progress effectively while causing minimal or no disruption to the day to day working of the operational LNG. Production facility.

The end result of patience and careful planning by all parties provided our client with a state of the art facility fit for purpose and with capability for expansion should demand dictate the necessity. The most significant highlight contributing to the success of the project was the Zero injury rate maintained throughout the thousands of man hours worked.
