Throughout the project the works continued 24 hours per day over a 6 day rotating shift which required a high degree of site management and safety supervision to ensure works were completed to program and safely. Only minor incidents were encountered during the completion of the totality of works, in consideration of the total number of hours worked, the type of works being performed this was exemplary and noted as particularly high achieving by Big W Safety and Store management.
The quality of the delivered product meets and exceeds the Big W / Woolworths Limited standard and has been commended to Sitzler for their ability to deliver early and still maintain this level of high quality. Program management was exemplary, with a great deal of focus managing many different contractors both Sitzler and Big W engaged to meet the staged schedule.
