Sitzler has undertaken the design and construction of 37 affordable housing for Farrar Villages Pty Ltd units under the Northern Territory Government’s Real Housing for Growth Policy.
The units form part of a 10-year head lease agreement between the NT Government and the Developer, Farrar Villages Pty Ltd. Sitzler managed the design approval process through planning and then delivered the works under a design and construct contract. The works where constructed with blockwork and timer roof frames. The units were completed on time and exceeded client quality expectation.
The project consisted of the following sites:
Lot 8070, 89 Farrar Boulevard, Farrar – 14 units comprising 13 two bedroom units and 1 three bedroom unit, single storey construction.
Lot 8357, 100 Farrar Boulevard, Farrar – 23 units comprising 20 two bedroom units and 3 three bedroom units, single storey construction.
