Meet Project Manager, Stephanie.
Stephanie joined Sitzler in 2018 having completed her Bachelor of Architectural Studies and Master of Project Management.
Initially working within our Precontracts team, Stephanie went on to estimate, tender, win, procure, deliver and handover her own Defence project within 2 years of beginning at Sitzler.
From her third year at Sitzler, Stephanie delivered critical regional education facilities through an Early Contractor’s Involvement contract, leading the design management, value management, procurement and project delivery team to an early handover of the $18 million redevelopment.
Most recently, Stephanie has been on base at RAAF Base Edinburgh, leading Sitzler’s $200 million+ LAND19 Phase 7B Facilities project as Project Manager where she is responsible for full project oversight, leading a team of 25 and up to 200 subcontractors.
Highly respected by her clients and her team alike, Stephanie is a trailblazer for women in the construction industry and provides ongoing support and mentorship to junior team members.
